Quality Healthcare for the Entire Family

Areas of Specialty

What is Family Practice?

The family physician is a doctor who is specially trained and experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of most illnesses that occur within the general population.

Our office provides care for infants, children and adults; most of your families health care needs can be provided through our office.  As family physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, we not only care for your entire family’s medical problems, but also provide appropriate psychological support.

Established in 2006, by Dr. David Butuk, Board Certified Family Physician.  Dr. Butuk's vision was to create a doctor owned medical practice that treats every patient individually and with compassion and dignity. We are particularly interested in teaching you about “preventive medicine” and how to maintain your state of good health.  We will be your advocate in helping you achieve your optimum health.

Update for our Patients

Meridian Family Medicine is here for you for both sickness and health and want to make sure

we all get through this safely.

Now offering telehealth in addition to office visits.
If you feel you may be experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, a fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath, we can schedule a telehealth visit to assess your symptoms based on the most recent updates from the CDC.  We are still available for well visits and other medical issues.

We are following CDC guidelines for health professionals to keep our clinic clean and safe.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, use the same precautions you would for the flu and common cold. Meridian Family Medicine recommends these infection-prevention practices:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for 20 seconds, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve – not your hands – when coughing or sneezing.
  • Clean your home, work space, shared items and other frequented locations.
  • If you are sick, stay home from work and social activities.
